To qualify for scholarship the applicant must: 1. Be a born-again Christian a minimum of three years. 2. Be at least 18 years of age. 3. Demonstrate mature Christian character and leadership ability. 4. Be called to or active in a “specific” women’s ministry. 5. Attend church regularly. 6. Enroll in one of our training programs. 7. Apply for assistance. 8. Submit a Vision Paper.
