Additional Requirements
(ALL School of Counseling Programs)
1. Respond, in writing, to 50 ethical questions posed by N.C.C.A.'s National Licensing Board of Examiners.
2. Submit two copies of a written thesis consisting of appropriate number of individual reports (case studies) developed from the candidate's practicum work using the Arno Profile System. (See individual program for required number of reports).
3. Provide required documentation per Enrollment Agreement.
4. Submit annual dues of $50.00
5. Pay required matriculation and transfer fees.
6. Provide a letter authorizing the transfer of academic records to the approved college. (For the Licensed, B.A. & M.A., this must be provided when being transferred for the B.A., and again, for the M.A. degree)
7. Submit to background check. [Additional fee required].
8. Complete yearly continuing education.
9. Yearly license renewal.
